Scott has over 28 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, and has performed geotechnical investigations for schools, hospital and health care facilities, public buildings, commercial facilities, public works, energy, retail, institutional and residential projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and California. Scott has significant experience in foundation design, excavation shoring and dewatering, soil stabilization, earthwork operations, geologic hazards evaluations, liquefaction analysis, ground improvement, slope stability, pavement design and rehabilitation, and geotechnical value engineering.
